OMCC Official Newsletter – February 2026 Now Available

The OMCC Official Newsletter No. 3 (February 2026) is now available — and it comes filled with life, reflection, communion, and mission.

This is not simply an informative publication. It is a living snapshot of the Movement throughout the world.

From the Editorial, we are invited to continue safeguarding the Charism and keeping alive the joy and wonder of the Cursillo Movement, trusting in the action of the Holy Spirit

. The OMCC presents itself as close to the “grassroots,” working in communion with the International Groups and strengthening unity and participation at every level of service.

A Movement Walking Together

The Newsletter takes us across the five continents:

  • Reflections from the 23rd APG Encounter in the Asia-Pacific region.

  • News from the GECC, including the launch of its new European website.

  • Life and mission within the NACG in North America and the Caribbean.

  • The powerful experience of the 18th Inter-American Encounter of the GLCC in Santo Domingo, with clear agreements and a strong call to build bridges through dialogue.

  • National encounters in Italy, Spain, and other countries.

  • Living testimonies from Austria, Mexico, and beyond.

Throughout the pages, we encounter synodality, discernment, communion — and great hope.

A Time of Grace

Several reflections deserve special attention:

  • The words of the Spiritual Advisor, inviting every Cursillista to become a builder of peace in today’s wounded world.

  • The President’s reflection on resisting the temptation of immediacy and learning to live service with perseverance — remembering that what truly matters is the Fourth Day.

  • A profound question: Can we speak of a “Cursillista Lent”?

  • Thought-provoking articles on living the Precursillo in today’s context, on the spirituality of Ultreia et Suseia, and on remaining open to the ever-new breath of the Holy Spirit.

These texts do more than inform — they form, challenge, and encourage.

Witnesses That Inspire

The Newsletter shares moving testimonies — like those from Hannelore in Austria and Javier in Mexico — reminding us that the Cursillo is a personal encounter with Christ that transforms lives.

We also read about faithful servants like Francis Napoli, who helped bring the Cursillo to South Africa.

Because the Movement is not theory — it is life lived in Grace.

Newsletter_OMCC_Fe26This issue clearly shows a Movement that is alive, missionary, youthful, and universal. The Charism continues to bear fruit. The Spirit continues to guide.

👉 We warmly encourage you to read the full Newsletter, share it in your School of Leaders, and bring it to your Ultreyas.

It is formation.
It is communion.
It is encouragement for the Fourth Day.

Because when the Movement walks together…
the world becomes more De Colores.
